Minotaur's maze

This rage must have a reason. 

All this wrath must have a goal. 

If not, what in hell have I done? 

If not, where can all this go? 

 

May this fire build and not just destroy, 

make it something that is good... 

Though if I am being naive and coy, 

hope one day I have this understood... 

 

That in truth it doesn't matter 

how much we try to make things better 

if one or none of us can see 

that in the way it's meant to be... 

 

There is no use in bringing everybody joy 

because someone has to lose 

and if all your sorrow I strive to avoid 

the one I make most unhappy 

is me.
